RETURN POLICY
No refunds on any digital product - all sales final, no exclusions.
Refunds on merchandise ONLY offered if items are misprinted, damaged, defective, lost in transit, or a completely wrong item was shipped - no exceptions. We and our supplier do the best we can at providing accurate color descriptions and sizes. Before ordering, please verify colors and sizes using our supplier’s color and size guides.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@showmehomeschool.com with a detailed description of the issue(s) and any pictures and/or attachments to verify the issue(s).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
